Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Jewelry AI Studio ("the Service") is operated by [OPERATOR NAME] ("we", "us"), contactable at [CONTACT EMAIL]. By creating an account, buying credits or generating an image you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service does

You upload a photo of a piece of jewelry, choose a background and an aspect ratio, and receive an edited image in which the background has been replaced. Processing is carried out by a third-party AI image model (Volcengine SeedEdit 3.0). Results vary between runs: we do not guarantee a particular look, colour match or level of detail.

The Service is a tool, not a photography studio. You are responsible for the photos you upload and for how you use the images you generate.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
• Provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• One account per person. Do not share credentials or resell access.

4. Credits and pricing

• The first image on a new account is free.
• Every further image costs USD 0.49, deducted from your prepaid credit balance at the moment you press Generate.
• Credits are sold in packs; the current prices are always shown on the pricing page. Pack contents (how many images a pack covers) are stated there too.
• Credits are prepaid, non-transferable, have no cash value and do not expire.
• If a generation fails, the credit is returned to your balance automatically. You can see this in your image history.

5. Refunds

• Generated images are digital content supplied immediately. Once an image has been delivered and downloaded, the credit spent on it is not refundable.
• Failed generations are refunded automatically. If you are charged in error, or the Service was unavailable when you tried to use it, contact [CONTACT EMAIL] within 14 days and we will refund the affected credits to your original payment method where the payment provider permits.
• Consumers in the EU/EEA/UK: by asking us to generate an image immediately, you request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal for that delivered content. Unused credits remain refundable within 14 days of purchase.

6. Image availability — download within 24 hours

Generated images are served through a temporary link issued by the image model. The link may stop working about 24 hours after the image is generated. Please download the images you want to keep. Your history keeps the record of each generation (background, ratio, date, credits) permanently, but we cannot restore an image once its link has expired.

7. Your content and ownership

• You keep all rights to the photos you upload.
• You grant us a limited licence to process those photos solely to provide the Service: transmit them to the image model, store the result, and show it back to you.
• You own the images you generate, to the extent permitted by law. We claim no ownership over them and we do not use them in marketing without your permission.
• You confirm you have the right to upload each photo — it is your own product, or you have the owner's permission.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to create or promote:

• illegal goods or services, including weapons, drugs and wildlife products;
• counterfeit or infringing items, or another brand's designs presented as your own;
• any imagery of minors;
• content that is unlawful, defamatory or sexually explicit.

You also may not attempt to bypass moderation, scrape the Service, resell raw access to the underlying model, or use it to build a competing dataset. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

9. Availability and changes

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change or remove features, apply rate limits, and perform maintenance. Model providers occasionally have outages that we cannot control.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or the loss of an image you did not download within the period described in section 6.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory consumer rights.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms. On termination, unused credits are forfeited unless applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and disputes will be heard by the courts there. This does not remove the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
